Towards client: Client represents 'need', a need for quality solutions and that's why we are here to do exactly that. We provide them value-added design strategies which reflects our nature to exceed client expectation. We integrate our expertise well and deliver them tangible solutions. We believe in trust between ourselves and the client and value it long term. We make sure that our client will gain positive experience working with us and our solutions benefit them well. Towards user: Since the day the phrase 'experience design' has evolved itself into becoming a discipline of its own, we, at Redlab are on the move after its virtue and wisdom. We believe strongly that as authors of any medium we have direct responsibilities over what we output into the world, to the audiences or to the users. And since the users are the very end of any creation chain, they have little choice over which medium is or isn't designed for them, it is our turn as creators to take part and help them be more aware about their design experience and to let them know they have more choices. Eventually we, as authors need to consciously output what is useful for the specific groups of users in the right manner and if possible, at the right time.
